Privacy and Data Protection Policy

Basic information regarding the protection of personal data transferred to Dropcekhome is provided below. Dropcekhome presents the following explanations to the attention of our customers and third parties who use our website and/or mobile applications, in order to fulfill the lighting obligation arising from Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). Dropcekhome reserves the right to update this text on the Protection of Personal Data at any time within the framework of changes that may be made in the current legislation.

1) Legal Basis for the Collection of Personal Data

There are regulations in various laws regarding the use of our customers' personal data. Primarily, the principles of protecting personal data are determined by the KVKK. Furthermore, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce includes provisions regarding the protection of personal data. In some cases, criminal sanctions are also provided for the protection of personal data through the provisions of the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237.

Additionally, it is necessary to collect and use data for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations arising from the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

In accordance with KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Request information if it has been processed.

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose.

  • Know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad.

  • Request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.

  • Request the deletion or destruction of data under the conditions provided in the law.

  • Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing it exclusively through automated systems.

9) Legislative Changes Regarding Personal Data

The rights you have pursuant to KVKK are the obligations of Dropcekhome. We process your personal data with this awareness, and in case of legal changes, we will update the information on this page in accordance with the new legislation.

10) Keeping Data Up-to-Date and Accurate

Pursuant to Article 4 of the KVKK, Dropcekhome has the obligation to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. In this context, our customers are required to share their accurate and up-to-date data with us.
